SATRIA KARYA YODHA, also known by the brand name SKY AGENCIES, emerged as a response to the shipping industry’s need for professional, trained, and highly integrity maritime workforce from Indonesia. Since its inception, our company has had a strong commitment to becoming a trusted partner in providing crewing agency services for commercial ships, tankers, cargo vessels, LNG/LPG, offshore vessel and other specialized ships at both national and international levels.

Starting from a small team experienced in shipping and human resource management, SKY AGENCIES has rapidly developed into one of the credible and officially licensed crewing agencies by the Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia. By prioritizing a selective, transparent, and competency-based recruitment process, we have successfully established long-term partnerships with various shipping companies from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. As time goes by, we continue to expand our network and improve service quality through ISO certification, internal training. and the use of technology-based digital systems for more efficient and accurate crew management. Now, with more than a decade of experience, SKY AGENCIES not only focuses on crew provision but also actively participates in the career development of Indonesian Seafarers, through training programs, pre-embarkation briefings, and support during the contract period on the ship.
